Here at Design Craft Homes, we are constantly researching new products and techniques to offer our clients. Here are just a few of the things we think are pretty cool:

Folding patio-doors:
Recently, four out of the most popular 10 products among BUILDER MAGAZINE readers were folding patio-door systems. Here's why: When closed, these doors look like any other, but they fold up like an accordion to provide access to the great outdoors. Full-wall installations are pricey, but you can reduce cost with a two-panel system.

Flexible Space:
More and more of our clients are finding a need to their rooms to be multi-functional. We hear you and we agree!

Jenn-Air by Whirlpool Corp:
Our clients love this manufacturer's new premium appliance collection, which includes high-performance wall ovens, ductless traditional ventilation products, and integrated refrigeration products. The oven has a 7-inch color "touch anywhere" LCD screen and a dual-fan convection element offering 6,800 watts of cooking power. Now we're cooking!

A Flow Sink from BLANCO:
The Flow sink is the latest high-end addition to the company's SteelArt brand. Equal parts architectural element and sink, it has seamless side drainers and is designed with MicroEdge technology that gives the illusion that it sits flush into the countertop. Makes even running water sound better!

The Sensori Custom Shower from Brizo:
This amazing technology offers fully customizable options that coordinate with the company's other bath products. It offers a 12-gallons-per-minute flow rate, thermostatic valve for anti-scald protection, and an expansive showerhead offering for wall- or ceiling-mount installation. Multiple showerhead options are available including body sprays, body jets, and handshowers. There's nothing like a spa shower in your own home.

The Great Outdoors:
Our homebuyers want to live large, regardless of the size of their lots. So, they are extending their indoor living spaces into the outdoors. An outdoor kitchen is an example of this phenomenon. We love to see our homeowners enjoying a bit of nature, along with a hotdog... so we make it happen!

Top Drawers:
Our homebuyers have embraced refrigerator drawers. They love the convenience as well as the point-of-use placement. It also avoids the above the counter mass of a large refrigerator. Who says we're not cool?

Second Sight:
And while we're talking about drawers, we need to mention one of our favorite new inventions... .It's Insight Pro's microwave drawer with a smooth glass-ceramic cook-top. Insight is also available as a stand-alone microwave drawer. The 30-inch-wide unit offers versatility for our home buyers because it can be placed in islands and tight spaces. It opens with the touch of a control panel and can hold a nine inch casserole dish. When are we coming for dinner?

Leather in the Kitchen... Really!:
How about the new Silestone Leather with Microban antimicrobial coating? It is a new textured version of the quartz surfacing product. The new line is easy to clean and stays cleaner for longer periods. The product is available in a wide variety of colors, bringing Silestone's total to almost 50. Like the manufacturer's other quartz products, Leather is naturally scratch-resistant, non-porous, and stain-resistant. Not only do we focus on making your home more beautiful, we also make it easier to keep clean!

Crisp n' Clean:
We want to take care of our homebuyers. So, we suggest the Simply PUR Water Filtration System which delivers bottled-water quality via an all-inclusive filtration system that coordinates with a variety of the company's faucets. The unit filters dirt and rust, reduces 32 potentially harmful contaminants, and retains beneficial fluoride. A light indicator on the faucet notifies you when the PUR three-stage filter needs to be changed.
